If your order is being shipped within the state of Connecticut, your order is tabulated with 6.35% sales tax. Otherwise, there is no sales tax charged to your order.

What are you manufacturing tolerances? What if I need a smaller tolerance?

Our manufacturing tolerances are based on the shape of the porous media, and the nominal size of the filter. We maintain a working tolerance of approximately +/-1% of all nominal dimensions. If you have further questions, or if you need a product with a tighter tolerance, please contact us.

We can accept payments from PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, as well as Cash on Delivery.

How can I get a technical print of a product? Can I get technical data about the materials used?

If you need a basic technical print for any of our products, visit www.appliedporous.com/techprints.htm . For more specific technical prints or for material data, simply contact us with the MPN of the part in question, your order number, and what kind of information you need.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive? What if I need my order in a hurry?

Depending on stock, you can usually expect your orders to ship in 4 to 10 business days. If you in need of more expedited delivery, please contact us and we can work with you to meet your needs.

Our facility is fully equipped to handle any porous metal filtration need. If you need a custom part, or have any questions about the best solution for your application please contact us and we can work to get you the product you need.

For bulk orders, please contact us with the part number and quantity you need. We will calculate the bulk pricing options available and form a quote for you.

Can I return products? What if I ordered or received the wrong parts? What if the parts I received were damaged?

We can address returns on a case-by-case basis. We can only except returned product that is unopened. Please contact us and we will resolve the situation as best we can.

What if I need replacement O-rings for an inline filter disc holder?

Should the O-rings in your filter disc holder start to wear and leak, simply contact us and we can supply you with the replacements.

How will I know when my order is received/processed/shipped?

We do our best to make sure you are informed when your order has been processed and when it is shipped. However, if you have placed an order and have not received any communication within 7 business days, please contact us.
